Photo requirements

Taking a good photo at home
- Stand about 1–2 m (4 ft) from the camera, which should be at eye level.
- Face a window for soft, even light; avoid shadows on your face and behind you.
- Remove glasses if your document requires it, keep a neutral expression and look straight ahead.

Are my photos uploaded?
No. The AI model runs inside your browser, on your own device. Your photos are never sent to a server, which makes Pixverter safe for personal and confidential images.
Will my photo be accepted?
Pixverter sizes and positions your head to the official measurements and puts you on a plain white background. Acceptance also depends on the original photo: even lighting, a neutral expression, eyes open and facing the camera, and no shadows. Always check your government's current rules.
How do I print it?
Download the 4×6 in print sheet (Pro) and print it as a standard 4×6 photo at any pharmacy or photo lab, then cut along the guides. Printing at "actual size" keeps the exact measurements.
Can I use it for online applications?
Yes. Many online forms accept the digital photo directly; the download is a 300 DPI JPG at the exact document size.
