These terms govern your use of Pixverter (pixverter.com), operated by ITOTI Jarosław Dąbrowski, Poland. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
Pixverter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working and accurate, but you are responsible for keeping copies of your original files and checking results.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to process content you have no right to use, or to break any law.
Pro subscriptions
Pro is sold by our merchant of record, Polar, which handles payment, taxes, invoices and refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from thecustomer portal and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. If you are not happy, email us within 14 days of a payment for a full refund.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page.
